In the 'Login' section of the page (top half) you should see two text boxes, one to type your username and one to type your password. After carefully typing this information, click the 'Login' button. If your information is correct then the site will take you to your last page as a logged in user. Remember that although your username should be the same as your school username, your password will not be, unless you have already logged into the site and changed it to be the same. All students logins are created with a unique password. This can be changed as soon as you wish to a more memorable password - We suggest changing it to the same password you use in school. This can be done by navigating to your 'My Inbox' (link top of page) and then click on 'edit my profile'. If you have forgotten your password then don't worry, see 'Password Lookup' below. In the box labelled 'email address' type your school email address and click the 'Send' button. A message will appear on the page to indicate a password reminder has been sent. If your email address is not found then the message will let you know. If still having problems - Make sure the email address is your full school address e.g. (yourusername@sittingbourne.kent.sch.uk) If you have entered a second email address into your site profile ('My Inbox'/'Edit my profile'), then your password reminder will be sent to both addresses and the message will also indicate both addresses. This is important if you do not have access to your school email account when out of school. You must still enter your normal school email even if you have a second one, otherwise the site will not recognise you.
